The hotel is really clean. The breakfast was truly good and well-stocked. I gave four stars to the room because it was a bit small and the double mattress was a little uncomfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. I’m very satisfied, also because the price was really good. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back

Guest for the second time – clean rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast is rich and constantly replenished. The partnership with the beach right in front of the hotel is very convenient: 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 8 euros per day. The only downside is the nearby railway, which makes it hard to rest, especially in the rooms with a side view.

Just back from this highly recommended hotel! Excellent location right in front of the beach and along the beautiful seafront promenade of Grottammare. Great service and kindness – the two receptionists are truly special people. Good value for money, and although the rooms aren't very large, they are new, well-maintained, and functional. And then the breakfast buffet! The best and most varied (both sweet and savory) we've ever seen, even compared to more prestigious hotels. In short, go there if you want to have a great stay!

We came back to this hotel for the second year, and as expected, we had a wonderful stay. The staff – Irene, Marisa, Carla, and finally Daniele – were always very helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, with beach access and parking available
